Confocal images of mouse liver stained with the following phalloidin (green), F4/80 (blue), MOMA-2 (light blue), Neutrophil (pink), LPS (red) and DAPI (white)

This work was completed in collaboration with Sarah Altschuler from the Detweiler Lab at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

The mice were perfused 4% paraformaldehyde, tissues were embedded in agarose and 50 micron sections were cut on a vibratome. Immunofluorescent staining was performed and the sections were viewed under a Leica TCS confocal microcope.
