This work was completed in collaboration with Allison St. Amand of the Pace Lab at University of Colorado at Boulder. The staining has been performed on a 10% neutral buffered formalin fixed, 4 micron paraffin section, the faint green staining is auto fluoresence due to the aldehyde fixation.
